We process your name, email address, any phone number you provide, booking details, payment status and information you include in messages. Wix also processes technical data, such as IP address, browser information and cookies, to operate and secure the website.

We rely on performance of a contract to handle your booking, training, payment, refund and practical messages. Tax records are processed to meet a legal obligation. Answering other enquiries and securing the website rely on our legitimate interest in customer service and a secure website. We ask separately for consent where it is required. Without the necessary contact and booking details, we cannot handle your booking.

Wix provides the website and booking system. Email is processed through Gmail (Google). For online payments, the payment provider selected at checkout receives the necessary payment data. We share only data needed for these services or required by law.

Wix and Google may process data outside the EEA, including in Israel and the United States. Where applicable, they rely on adequacy decisions or other appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. See the Wix Data Processing Agreement and Google data transfer frameworks. You may also request information about these safeguards from us.

We retain messages for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and related follow-up questions. Booking data is retained for as long as needed for the training, payment, refund and any related dispute. Basic tax records, including invoice and payment records, are retained for 7 years as required by law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted unless a legal obligation requires further retention.

Wix cookies support functions including website operation, security and language selection. You can also manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working.

Where permitted by the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
